Enseignes MS inc. ("we") is committed to protecting the personal information you entrust to us. This policy explains what we collect, why, how we protect it, and what rights you have under Quebec's Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector, as amended by Law 25.

Person responsible for personal information

What we collect

We collect only what you voluntarily provide through our quote form, by email or by phone:

• your name and, where applicable, your company name;
• your email address and phone number;
• project details (sign type, lead time, quantity, dimensions, description, installation site);
• files you attach to the form (logos, drawings, mockups, photos);
• any other information you choose to share with us.

We do not collect sensitive information, and we never request banking or credit card details through this website.

Why we use it

This information is used solely to:

• respond to your quote request with a price and a lead time;
• communicate with you about your project;
• produce, fabricate and deliver your order, where applicable.

We do not use your information for unsolicited marketing, and we never sell, rent or trade it to anyone.

How the form and attached files are handled

The quote form is processed directly by our website, on our web host's server in Canada. No outside form service is involved. The form contents and any attached files (up to 3 files, 10 MB each) are sent to us by email at info@enseignesms.com.

A copy of attached files is also saved on that server, in a private folder that cannot be reached from the website, in case the email does not arrive. These copies are deleted automatically after 90 days. To limit abuse, the server also keeps a one-way hash of your IP address for up to 24 hours after your last submission, without linking it to your name.

Cookies and website statistics

This site uses no advertising cookies. We measure traffic in two ways:

• Cloudflare Web Analytics, a cookieless tool that counts visits anonymously;
• Google Analytics 4, only if you accept it in the banner shown at the bottom of the page. If you accept, Google Analytics sets statistics cookies (_ga) used to count visitors and pages viewed. Google's advertising features are turned off. If you decline or don't answer, no cookie is set and Google only receives anonymous signals with no identifier.

The measurements collected by Google Analytics are sent to Google LLC and may be processed outside Québec. Your choice is saved in your browser. You can change it at any time: change my cookie choice.

Retention

We keep quote requests as long as necessary for commercial follow-up and for applicable legal and tax obligations, then securely destroy them. As a guideline, requests with no follow-up are kept for no longer than 6 months. File copies saved on the website's server are deleted automatically after 90 days.

Security

The site is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Access to submitted requests is limited to the people in the company who need it to do their work.

Your rights

Under Quebec law, you have the right to:

• access the personal information we hold about you;
• have it corrected if it is inaccurate, incomplete or ambiguous;
• request its deletion where keeping it is no longer justified;
• withdraw your consent to its use;
• receive, on request, the information you provided in a structured, commonly used technological format (portability).

To exercise any of these rights, write to the person listed above. We respond within 30 days at most.

Complaints

If you are unsatisfied with how we handled your request, you may file a complaint with the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec.

Changes

We may update this policy. The revision date appears at the top of this page.
